Budgeting Finances. “How should I organize my budget, bill pay whether I am state side or deployed?”

Whether you are state side or deployed, setting up a budget and a system to pay your bills is likely the most important step to creating financial success. Spending “within your means” reduces the likelihood of creating debt and the increases the ability to generate savings.
